Who doesn't yearn to be freer?
Strangely enough, most of our actions reflect the opposite.
This article is carefully crafted in 2 parts with the intention of connecting you to your true essence.
Learning to distinguish between the ego, the manipulation and intoxication of the outside and the self, and the intuition of the self can be a long process, let's not kid ourselves.
However, everyone makes their own path and it is up to you to make yours.
Basically it is when you realise that life is as simple as you allow it to be (and the unconscious is the conductor that orchestrates your life).
It is when you take responsibility for creating all your experiences.
Because you create all your experiences, even the smallest details are created by you.
Learn to connect with your essence and distinguish it from the ego.
Personally, I prefer to speak of the essence because I am referring to that inner spark, what is referred to as the "higher self" is usually focused outside of us and is not the same.
The higher self refers more to a consciousness with a deeper awareness and closer to the essence.
As I have mentioned in other posts, if you imagine it as the layers of an onion, but infinitely inward and outward, the soul would be one of them with a lighter vibration, as well as subtle bodies closer to the physical body with a denser vibration.
In each of these layers there are blockages, programming and many other things.
All this information can be accessed through the unconscious and by clearing the 3rd eye and the pineal system which is not only the pineal gland (which is the 3rd eye and needs to be decalcified) but also the pituitary, hypothalamus and others.

So, where do we start?
Simple (here I show you 3 steps out of 7, the rest will be in part 2).
Step 1: Take responsibility for YOUR life.
Become aware that we are immersed in a reality conditioned by limiting beliefs, thought patterns and external manipulations that keep us away from our true essence.
Differentiate between what is under your control and what is not in order to take responsibility in a more optimal way.
Step 2: Self-exploration.
Dig deep, connect with your deepest self and begin to question your established beliefs and paradigms.
The practice of meditation and inner reflection will guide you in this process.
Keep a reflective journal in which you question everything you believe to be true.
Add to your routine 5 questions about your day, such as:
What did I learn about myself and the world around me today?
What moments of the day made me feel more alive and connected to my essence?
How did I deal with challenges and what can I learn from them?
In my interactions and choices, have I been authentic?
What actions can I take tomorrow to move closer to my goals and values?
Step 3: Develop your third eye.
Work on activating your third eye, the centre of intuition and ESP, through visualisation techniques, meditation and energy balancing.
Even if you have not removed any blockages or patterns, you can come closer to healing yourself through constant meditation practice.
