How you can Unleash the Incredible Potential of Non-Coding DNA
Quantum Self Discovery, Sunday Edition, 4-min read.

DNA, or deoxyribonucleic acid, is the material that contains hereditary information in humans and almost all other organisms.
Almost every cell in a person's body has the same DNA.
Most of the DNA is found in the cell nucleus (or nuclear DNA), but a small amount of DNA can also be found in the mitochondria (mitochondrial DNA or mtDNA).
Mitochondria are structures inside cells that convert energy from food so that the cells can use it.
Only about 10% of DNA is made up of protein-coding genes, the other 90% is non-coding.
Non-coding or inactive DNA
Non-coding DNA does not provide instructions for making proteins.
In the past, scientists thought that non-coding DNA was "junk" or "inactive" and had no known purpose.
However, it is becoming increasingly clear that at least some of it has an essential function in cells, particularly in controlling gene activity.
For example, non-coding DNA contains sequences that act as regulatory elements, determining when and where genes are switched on and off.
These elements provide sites for specialised proteins (called transcription factors) to bind (assemble) and activate or repress the process by which information from genes is converted into proteins (or transcription).
Non-coding/inactive DNA contains many types of regulatory elements:
Promoters
These provide binding sites for the protein machinery that carries out the transcription process.
Promoters are generally located just upstream of the gene on the DNA strand.
Enhancers
Provide binding sites for proteins that help activate transcription.
Enhancers can be located on the DNA strand before or after the gene they control, sometimes far away.
Silencers
Provide binding sites for proteins that repress transcription.
Like enhancers, silencers can be located before or after the gene they control, and can be located some distance down the DNA strand.
Isolators
Provide binding sites for proteins that control transcription in a variety of ways.
Some prevent enhancers from assisting transcription (enhancer-blocking insulators).
Others prevent structural changes in DNA that repress gene activity (barrier insulators).
Some insulators can function as both enhancer blockers and barriers.
Other regions of non-coding DNA provide instructions for making specific types of RNA molecules. RNA is DNA's chemical cousin.
In the non-coding DNA, they found a gene that not only made a protein, but was a key mediator of inflammation.
It is certainly very complex, but with all this we can look at the capacity for regeneration.
Telomeres
Telomeres are special DNA sequences found at the ends of chromosomes that have repeated sequences that prevent the chromosome from breaking or being damaged.
Each time the cell divides, the telomeres also divide.
Telomeres play a key role in biological ageing, as telomere shortening occurs, causing cellular senescence.
In order to regenerate them, it is necessary to resort to foods rich in telomerase, but if you have read any of my posts before, you will know that I will relate it to vibration.
Energy
Beliefs and blockages in our energy field have a considerable influence, hereditary imprints and blockages are left behind, so healing the lineage also helps you.
Science may know and discover many things, but what is not perceived in the image and likeness of our senses seems to have a great impact.
It is possible to control and direct DNA sequences, what always stands in the way is the lack of knowledge and self-knowledge.
Activating non-coding DNA, telomeres and much more is possible with mind control and visualisation, patience and perseverance.
After performing the steps in mind control 2 and entering the alpha state, we will do the following visualisations:
Regeneration Visualisation
Visualise and feel a healthy cell (as if looking through a microscope).
Work your way up to the nucleus of the cell, to 1 chromosome and then to the DNA strands.
We create a sphere of energy and we want all the genetic material to be charged and regenerated by being impregnated with this sphere.
In this progressive way, all the energy spreads through all the DNA strands until it fills the entire nucleus and then the cell.
Eventually we spread the energy to all the cells of our body.
Visualisation of non-coding/inactive DNA
We look for and visualise the dormant or inactive part of the DNA.
We create a sphere of energy and intend for all the genetic material to be activated and incorporated into the rest of the DNA, completing the sequence.
We visualise and feel everything being covered with an impenetrable sphere of energy that will burn and disintegrate any kind of energetic, chemical and biological distortion that tries to enter or alter it in a harmful way.
Finally, we extend the energy to all the cells of our body.
As always, I hope my point of view helps to widen your prism.
