The MBTI or Myers Briggs Type Indicator was created by Katharine Cook Briggs and her daughter Isabel Briggs Myers during the Second World War, and the criteria used are based on the suggestions published by Carl Gustav Jung in his work Psychological Types.
This method was also a source of self-knowledge for years
Depending on the routines or ways of thinking I adopted I would get one result or another in the test, to this day I still do the test from time to time on these two websites:

As you can see, it is made up of 12 (which I think is very limited to be able to define a person) and they are basically divided into:
Analysts
Diplomats
Sentinels
Explorers
You can find more information on the internet if you want, but I won't bore you with it.
After a long time I realised that it wasn't enough for me to define myself in one of them, so I preferred Astrology or Human Design, which I'm also going to talk about.
I believe that all aspects of introversion/extroversion are polarities and therefore it is not bad to be in the middle of the two, even better, finding a balance between the two has helped me to be better and I encourage you to research and take what suits you best.
