The Secret Vibration of Numbers 4

Do you know what we are more than a physical body? Let's talk about being in tune with ourselves.
Yes, we are more than a physical body and an external image, we are more than what can be seen and touched.
Our physical body can be seen, touched, smelled... because its vibration is slow, it is solid, it is the densest body and 3D reality is like that.
There are people who may refer to this as spirituality, but for me it is simply BEING, existing without boundaries, without labels.
Self-knowledge
It is from where we live, from where we do things, it is our (infinite) essence, the reconnection with ourselves.
It’s the state of harmony, peace and inner calm.
Regardless of the personal circumstances of the moment, which we can only achieve when we feel coherent with ourselves.
You can feel sad because a loved one is gone and still feel calm.
Your physical body (what you see), your mental body (what you think) and your emotional body (what you feel) among others must be aligned, balanced and in harmony for them to work in your favour and for you to achieve the purpose you desire.
Apart from these bodies there are others, we cannot see them physically but we can sense them because their vibration is lighter.
If they are aligned you will be able to move forward, feel good and in harmony, but if there is no good communication between them and each one goes in a different direction it will be very difficult to move forward.
In order to achieve harmony between these bodies, you must achieve a connection between them.
To do this you have to look inside yourself, stop and learn to listen to yourself without judgement.
Discernment
We have the freedom to choose to live one way or another.
Not by letting our happiness depend on the many or few fortunate or unfortunate circumstances we have, but by managing, adapting and aligning ourselves with whatever life brings.
Turning the success of happiness into having an emotional balance both when something 'positive' happens and when something 'negative' happens.
We have only been taught not to want 'bad' things to happen to us, to label everything as 'good' and 'bad'.
But we have not been taught to look at the possibilities of the now and to know how to take advantage of what is there according to what we want to achieve.
Balance, Attitude and Action
It's not about polarisation into 'good' or 'bad'.
It is about creating your reality (yourself) by learning every day from everything that happens, without constantly judging what happens and ourselves.
Balance, attitude and action are the keys to participating in the first person of our reality.
Each person seeks to live well, to find the best for themselves and their loved ones, and in this search we can choose where to go.
Our attitude is what distinguishes and transforms us.
Perfectionism
There is no happy pill that a doctor or therapist can give us to take away all our ills and everything will always be perfect.
Because perfection doesn't exist, it is a judgement distorted by the lens (perspective) you have at that moment.
Personal commitment combined with the search for what helps us to be well is the key to getting how and where we want to be.
Self-awareness and self-perception connect us to the attitude we have towards everything that happens.
We have to put ourselves at the forefront of choosing what is best for us in that moment, not looking outwards, but looking inwards at what helps us to feel, to live, to be, to be happy.
This may seem selfish to many, but loving and prioritising ourselves means taking responsibility for ourselves and taking care of ourselves.
A good summary/scheme is as follows:
Coherence
Our intuition, our way of communicating and our consciousness play a fundamental role because if the components that relate to and form them are not coherent, there is a lack of coordination that leads to emotional exhaustion, to not being authentic.
When you are in harmony with yourself, you are authentic and completely honest with yourself, you know what your needs are, you know what your values are and therefore you respect and honour yourself.
It is a whole introspective journey that I recommend because everyone is unique, everyone will make their journey in a different way.
Awareness in each moment, correct physical and mental posture and conscious natural breathing are the best medicines.
Emphasise that we are all really on this personal journey, so it is best to show empathy (which is lacking nowadays) and not to take personally what others say or do to us, but as a reflection of their own process.
So, what phase or issue are you dealing with or would you like to deal with in order to be more aligned with yourself?
I can't wait to see your process in the comments!
