Quantum Self Discovery, Wednesday Edition, 3-min read.

Isn't it funny that we've become so disconnected from the outside world that putting your bare feet on the ground is called grounding?

It has a name. It's like grounding. I'm a hippie, today I'm grounding.

Grounding

1. walking barefoot on grass, earth or sand, i.e. getting in touch with the energy of the earth through our feet.

Or if you decide to stop eating food with chemicals, dyes and heavy metals and start eating real food, you have now entered the world of holism, you are on a diet.

How did nature become a niche?

Niche

1. n. A market segment in which consumers with common characteristics, needs and desires move.

Welfare has become a community.

Do you understand how fucked up that is? And it's a rhetorical question, because we all know how it happened. You know what I mean?

I was lactose intolerant from an early age and I got into the habit of looking at the ingredients of everything my family bought. Before, at least you could understand what it said, now NO!

There are so many dyes, sugars and chemicals in what is sold (and I'm not just talking about food) that it's natural for people to have the problems they have and feel emotionally bad.

Since the Rockefeller family, which we will talk about in the next article, it is about creating sales instead of prevention and healing.

Because of companies like Monsanto, our food doesn't have the same amount of nutrients as it used to.

(Not to mention meat made with 3D printers).

They have created genetically modified food, which in the long run causes cancer and many other diseases.

Artificial and modified food makes us sick by reaching medicine.

Since I was a child, I was ostracized or envied for eating other types of food.

I half-abandoned that lifestyle because I thought it was dramatic, I thought it was exaggerated, and then I started to have health problems on a physical and mental level. I tried to adapt, but I ended up with more and more problems.

I realised that people don't really care about what they consume, they don't look at the long-term consequences of what they eat or what they see on the internet.

They say 'just this time' but then it becomes a weekend habit that ends up ruining their lives.

Then at 40 with serious kidney and other problems, pain, doctors and pill tests.

They don't realise that they are becoming just another rat in the system they are experimenting with and poisoning everywhere.

Think about the following lines and tell me if they have any similarities with today's society:

  • Chimpanzees only masturbate when in captivity.

  • Lions lose their hair when they are in Zoos.

  • And rats only overdose on opioids when they are bored in a cage.

Today we are suffering because we are fish out of water, living in the most unnatural environment the world has ever known.

When are we going to wake up?

I am giving you all a wake-up call that will finally give you permission to question everything in your life so that you don't have to spend the rest of it losing yourself.

Don't lose yourself, don't lose contact with nature.
